I am...
a firm believer if you are going to do something do it the absolutely best way you can, the first time. Don’t waste your time and money on anything mediocre.

My passion is...
showing people that good quality film production and visual story telling can boost their business in so many ways.

I invest in...
the health and happiness of myself and my family, good food, fun, rest and time to reconnect.

I love...
nothing more than a long lunch over looking the beach followed by a swim in the ocean.

I want to...
go back to Italy with my family and show my kids one of the most beautiful places on earth.

How are you living your dream? ...
I’m running a business working with people who appreciate the creativity of film making and film production.

What dream is on your radar?...
Expanding Sugar Mill Road and The Digital Aviary to work with clients who share the same dreams and passions as us.

What knowledge have you gained from experience? ...
If you appreciate your staff and treat them well, they will stand by you and work with you through obstacles. We have had two film makers with us since the beginning and two more who have joined us in the past 12 months who want to continue working with us. I respect their creative talent and work ethic and also them as individuals including their commitments outside of work with their own families.

My business ethos...
I used to be a lawyer before I had my first son. Working with people’s problems taught me that nearly every situation can be worked out, but it takes you to be reasonable and see the other’s view. I implement this into my business dealing now not only with staff but with clients. Expectations versus reality, coupled with budget constraints, can often lead to disappointment. It is about making the client see the value in what they are investing in, their business, and the promotion of that value.

This is the same with Sugar Mill Road (wedding videography) - why shouldn’t weddings be shot on the very best cameras, by cinematographers and cut by commercial editors so that the wedding film, one of the best days of their lives, is the quality of a motion picture?

I believe in delivering only the very best to our clients. That’s why if someone comes to me with a budget that will not get them a quality result, I let them know not to waste their time or money, wait, save up and then do it properly, the first time.

Film production is not inexpensive but in my opinion it is worth every penny. To convey your message on a visual platform captures not only people’s attention but their imagination. Once you have that your product/business basically sells itself.
